Farn Shu Tong Sui with Sago Recipe (Sweet Potato Desert)

Farn Shu Tong Sui with Sago Recipe

Prep time: 10mins
Cooking time: 20mins


5 Farn Shu (sweet potato)
10 Pandan Leaves
2in length Ginger
1 Bowl Sago
Brown Sugar


1) Cut farn shu into bite-size cubes
2) Bruise the pandan leaves
3) Crush the ginger
4) Bring water to boil in a pot
5) Place pandan leaves, ginger, farn shu in and turn down fire to a rolling boil
6) Rinse sago and add to the pot
7) Add brown sugar according to your sweetness liking
8) Simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally
9) Remove all pandan leaves from pot

Serve warm. Yumzz!!
