Need help hiring?

My cousin spent the night over at my place yesterday. She says it's nearer to her workplace as she has to conduct an open interview today. Since the beginning of this year, they were down by 3 staff and if they dont hire more, they will not have enough manpower to run the upcoming promotion their company holds each year. She did say if they cant get the right people to work, they are considering seeking the help of an executive recruiting firm like A.E. Feldman Associates, Inc. That's a good idea. They have been in this business for so many years and i'm sure they'll be able to match the right candidates for the job.
