Invest in Cyprus property

Hubby just got home. He went out for supper with an old classmate who just came back from Cyprus. He told hubby that the International Monetary Fund has stated the Cyprus is going to join the single European at the beginning of 2008. This simply means that once Cyprus joins the Euro, it will create a knock-on effect for its economy. The first being reduced interest rates thus increasing cyprus property demand and house prices will go up.

He invited hubby to Cyprus with him next month. He wants to show him the properties that he owns there and hope that hubby will take the plunge and invest there too. Cyprus?? Not bad. It's an overall serene and beautiful place to live in. If hubby were to invest in Cyprus, we can go there for a vacation every year. But i wont know until hubby goes there.
