Music to aid sleeping problems

A joint study at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, and the Buddhist Tzu Chu General Hospital in Hualien, Taiwan, shows that listening to gentle music at bedtime can help older people with sleep difficulties fall asleep faster. By spending 45 minutes listening to soft music, it lowered heart and respiratory rates, improving sleep quality in the first two weeks.

So, i'm sure if this works for older people, it works for the rest of you too. So, next time, when you have difficulty falling asleep, put your headphones on and relax yourself with some soft music.
