This is what i cook :)

As a follow up to my previous post on cooking. Of course, i do cook. But only for myself and Gordon. Hubby isnt home during meal times and normally eats out. And if you are curious as to what Organic Samm cooks, hoh.... well; I cook organic wholegrains like millet, buckwheat groat, flaxseed, brown rice, green rice & oats for breakfast. This alone is packed full of all essential vitamins and minerals.

To go with the rice, i will make vegetable/seaweed soup with fish fillet for Gordon. Sometimes, i fry/scramble an egg for variety using cold-pressed virgin coconut oil. Very fragrant. Best oil for frying. Gordon loves steamed egg custard. So, that's another variety for him. Another of Gordon's all-time favourite is pasta with homemade tomato sauce. Gordon's a fan-thoong (rice-urn) and will eat whatever i dish out for him. Chicken and pork, right.... seldom eat. Like me, he doesnt fancy it. More later.

Must share more recipes liao. I on 40 days of vege diet, eat until dunno what to eat liao.

lb - *dangles a a lormaikai from foh-san in fron tof LB*.... mine... all mine....

5xmom - wahhh... 40 days ah!!! which day u on now woh.... poor thing. But actually, go vegetarian is good mah. Easy also, just the normal fanfare without meat oni wat.
