32nd week pregnancy update
No lah, not yet. My dreams did not scare me into early delivery. I've been busy since hubby got back from KL as usual. Ok, some pregnancy update first.
Malcolm's growing beautifully inside me. As of last Thursday during my 32nd week checkup, he weighs approximately 1.8kgs. So fast hoh. 32nd week already. It was like yesterday that i found out that i was pregnant, and i kept looking at the pregnancy countdown ticker at the top of my blog also. It now says 46days to go only, aiyo.
I discussed with my Obs both anaesthesia options again last week; epidural vs spinal. Infact i've been doing some research of my own on this issue lately. I read that to treat spinal headache, there is a procedure called blood patch. Whereby, an injection of my own blood into the epidural space, in the same region as where the original spinal block was done, is amazingly effective at eliminating the headache.
I wonder why this wasnt done during my last delivery when i was suffering from one despite my constant complaints that i do not wish to take anymore drugs to treat my headache. According to my Obs, spinal is still the better option compared to epidural. Oh well, lets see how this will go this time. If i still do get the stupid headache again, i'll request for the blood patch to be done.
The thought of VBAC is giving me too much undue stress. I will not go for it. I'm having Malcolm via C-sect again this time. Obs says i can have him anytime between the 2nd and no later than 15th of July, which is next month. So, i'll get mom to choose a date and have him out by the 15th.
I'm enjoying every bit of my pregnancy now. Malcolm's movements are getting stronger and sometimes, he'll jam a foot into my ribs; and that hurts. I prod him all the time. He's already turned downwards. My 3d ultrasound scans shows that he looks more or less like his koko. I think i may be getting a thumb sucker this time. He keeps puttinghis fist/fingers into his mouth.
There's still some shopping left to do. Better go list them out soon before i forget. And i've got to go dig out Gordon's baby clothes for Malcolm. There are so many that i wonder if he can get to wear them all before he grows out of them. Of course, i'll still buy him a set or two new ones. If i've got the time and mood, i'll knit him a vest. Gordon had one, so i think Malcolm ought to get one of his own too.
Ok, it's time to sleep now.

Wow.. so fast hor.. how big are you now? Still cannot see anything? Or like the photo you showed us?
The thing with c-sect is you can choose your dates.. I'm wondering if I should cut myself up this round.. hmmm..
good to hear that everything is going well...take care.
Are'nt you going to do another sexy preggie post like you did the other time?
Zara's mama - it's something the pic i put up last time. As for c-sect, if u are really willing to under the knife, i'd say go for it. It's something like schedule for an appointment, go in in the morning, and have ur baby in a few hours time. Sup-sup-sui.....
King's wife - thx. i will take good care.
cocka - u sure u wanna see me in another sexy pose/post???
