Daylight robberies in Ipoh Garden area...... So, BE CAREFUL.
My best friend came by my house last night to have a chat with me. Cannot video chat over MSN all the time one mah, hoh. Actually, since she's on her way out to buy something for her trip, i insisted she drop by to collect her present. I bought her a Paul Pender's lip gloss, to thank her for lending me her pen drive when i needed it most. It'll be the most apt item for her trip today. She's holidaying with her family in Kiasu-land now.
She told me something very disturbing last night. The day before at 4pm, she was at a phoneshop in Ipoh Garden buying corporate gifts for her clients. The same time yesterday (she nearly went there about this time too yesterday), the shop was robbed. The shop owner and his customer was terribly hacked by the robbers during the robbery. The shop owner was hacked in the head and his customer sustained serious injuries all over and both are now warded. They must have put up a fight to sustain such injuries.
Imagine this happened the day my friend was at the shop. She could be the one fighting for her life at the hospital right now. And she has two beautiful young girls to care for. I pray for everybody's safety everynight before i go to sleep. Sometimes, we cannot be too careful too. What if we happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong time? It's just too unpredictable, it's scary to be anywhere. With psychos lurking round every corner. And dont think it wont happen to you. We just CANT tell.
Those staying in Ipoh Garden better be REALLY careful as these two robbers are still at large. This is one of the series of robberies happening in Ipoh Garden lately by the same people. I'm not going to preach on crime prevention methods. Mothers driving around with their children/babies are easy targets, so, be EXTRA careful. Survey your surroundings well before getting into/out of your car.
Together, let's pray for those two poor fellas who's fighting for their lifes at the hospital now. Also pray for everybody's safety and for a safer environment to live in. God bless.

I dun understand what the world is coming to... in the good old days, at least robbers have honour... they want money but not your life. Nowadays, these ppl simply have no regard for other ppl's life. This is the direct result of ppl with no sense of moral and fear of God. (God regardless what's your faith) What to do? Relatism reigns. Fuck relatism...
On the other hand, I sure hope folks understand that no amount of money is worth fighting for. Just let them have it..
Those people only pray to Money God. They will go all out just to get it and remove whatever that gets in their way.

yeah, it's true. even in kuching, my doctor friends says that nearly everyday at the e.r. ppl are warded for gun shot wounds, hacking, etc etc.
*sigh* i fear for my family and friends' safety, especially the ladies. guess we can only pray...
