As CNY draws nearer and nearer....

I no longer enjoy CNY. The days leading to it are dreadful and piling on more pressure than necessary. As i'm the only other woman living in this household, naturally, i'm expected to cook for the family, starting with reunion dinner. No, I dont like being expected to cook. I dont enjoy cooking to begin with. Further more, I have to sit at the same table eating with people I dont like and pretending to be merry half the time. How depressing can that be. Ya, set aside the differences for at least a few days mah, right. Of cos, i'll survive. Dont I always....
