Gotta buy a new camera soon
I just finished transferring the photos from my digital camera to the pc. After checking them out on the large LCD monitor, i found that many of them are flawed and out of focus. Hubby's been complaining about the image quality for quite some time. But then, i hardly use it. He's the one using it now and if he wants to buy a new one, he can always go check out the stores when he goes shopping. He's a pro at shopping and shops more than i do, lol. He buys clothes each week without fail!!!! What a vainpot, huh.
He asked me if i wanted to get a camera of the same brand or not if we were to buy a new one. The one we are using now is the Sony T100. I bought that many years ago. I gotta go dig my old posts to see when i bought my Sony T100. The latest model is the Sony T900. See how fast technology moves. How can we, as consumers catch up with them, lol. We can only buy what we can afford. The term "latest model" only lasts a couple of months......
I told hubby not to buy in a hurry as there are bound to be a Sale anytime soon. He can use the time now to check out the latest camera prices online. Prices of cameras online can be lower than our local stores. What do you know, I'm also thinking of replacing my aging Canon PowerShot A510 3.2MP camera (especially since someone wants to buy it)
I'm currently eyeing the Canon Ixus 870 IS 10MP camera. Have read on the Net and the reviews are generally good to excellent. It costs about RM1200 and some shops here are willing to even let me pay it off in 12 monthly installments!
Philips - I'm going to wait till i rack up enough credit card points. I'm redeeming some Sony vouchers. 11200 points = Rm50. I now have more than 120k. That's Rm500 savings off my next digital camera. But have to be Sony again lorrr. Nevermind lah. Sony does have cute cameras. Image quality depends on the settings, really. What about you. Another Canon?
Yeah, looks like another Canon for me. I've been a Canon guy for well over 20 years now. And maybe I'll wait till my birthday next month and treat myself!
