I love these studded ballet slippers

I'll let you in on a childhood secret of mine just this once. When i was very little, i've always wanted to be a ballerina. My God-sister was a ballet dancer, and each time my mom takes me to my God-ma's place, i'll sneak to her shoe cabinet and try on her ballet slippers. I think that made me felt like a ballerina.

My dreams of becoming a ballerina never materialized. We were not well-off back then and according to my God-ma, it's a costly hobby to pursue. She has forgotten the number of ballet slippers, hairbands, tights, tutus she has bought for my God-sister over the years.

My God-sis saw how sad i was and decided to give me some private ballet lessons instead. She let me wear some of her old ballet slippers that she's out-grown. And did you know how happy that made me. Though the lessons didnt last very long, the memories did. She had to go for her studies overseas.

The other day, i came across this site and saw this pair of gorgeous studded flats. The very sight of these dancing shoes brought back so many childhood memories. I almost bought a pair but came back to reality, lol. If they can be worn just like a normal pair of shoes, i really dont mind buying it back.
