Where to buy loquat trees?

The house to the left of ours is under extensive remodeling. The whole roof is being taken off, and i can see that a lot of wall-hacking is in progress. I really dont understand why people have to buy such an old house only to spend so much money remodeling it. Afterall, it's only a single-storey intermediate house. Really not worth it, right. Unless the new owner got it for a good deal.

I was at the backyard when one of the contractors asked me if i know where to buy Loquat trees or not. I think my neighbor is a better person to ask as far as flowers and trees are concerned. She loves gardening. Anyway, i came back inside as it's too hot out there. Moreover, i dont like talking to strangers.
