Toaster oven muffins

It's a wonderful Sunday. How can it not be. Hubby's not around to make me do rounds at the shopping malls. I get to stay home and blog, bake and spend quality time with my kids. And here's a nice pic of Malcolm eating a blueberry muffin i baked this evening. Toaster oven muffins are the easiest to bake. It takes less than 30 minutes to get fresh baked muffins on the table. If you've not made muffins before, do know that you can bake muffins with a toaster oven.
