Borrowing is not the only solution

In times like these, there are bound to be close friends or relatives who may need financial help. Just the other day, a friend called up for a loan from hubby. But after a long chat with him, hubby managed to help him sort thing out and now, he's decided to engage a Collection Agency to help himself out instead.
