Memory loss and old age

My memory sucks these days. I wanted to make another batch of organic soya milk for hubby today. Took all the ingredients out of the fridge, left them on the kitchen table and went to the toilet. Forgot all about them and went off to pick Gordon up from school. On the way home, did some grocery shopping. It's only when i reached home i found out that i bought two packets of soya milk for hubby. Sigh.... my organic soya beans are going back inside the fridge until hubby finishes these two packets. Isnt memory loss an early sign of old age..... DOHHHHHH!!!!! If i can just buy some computer memory and stick them inside my brains, i'd do so right now.
