No more poker till next Chinese New year
Chinese New Year is well and over with, but i can still see a few decks of playing cards everywhere around the house. I think my kids must have found them when they went into my in-law's room to play. Those playing cards are mostly premium items they received when they bought beer in boxes for the festive celebration cos i can see the brands on the card box cover. There are so many of them and my kids just love to line those cards up one by one like a long train. The thing is they will leave those cards all over the floor and i have to pick them up, ishhhhhh!!!
Many of my friends and relatives who dropped by during Chinese New Year loves to play poker. Hubby does entertain them with a game or two. He's not really that good at playing poker though but at least, he didnt lose much this time. His brother won most of the money and we made him buy us dinner at a fancy restaurant. So, i guess we didnt really lose much at the end of the day. Come next year, and the whole poker scene will repeat itself.
