Largest beef recall in US history - slaughterhouse video

I'm sure many of you would have heard about the largest beef recall in US history amounting to nearly 150 million pounds, on tv news today. I was appalled by the way those cows were treated. I'm sure this happens not only in the US, but glad to note that the government has taken the first step in doing something about the inhuman treatment given to those poor animal whose purpose on earth is to provide food and nourishment to humankind.
