Gordon eating on his own

I'm proud of my boy. He's finally eating on his own; WILLINGLY that's it. Not that he doesnt know how to. Being the first child, he's very pampered since the day he was born. We have this special kind of bond only a mother with their first child can have. It's special. I cant explain it. Only a mother will know it, right.



I guess it's the school that did the trick. They have to eat on their own during break, and in a group. So, he finally gets the message that if he doesnt feed himself, then no one's gonna do it for him, lol. Cos, Mama's not there. But one reason why i seldom let him eat on his own is because he practically grew up inside the bedroom. He play there, sleep ther, eat there... you get what i mean.

We seldom eat at the kitchen table as the place is full of mosquitoes. So, most of the time, i bring his rice into the room and we eat there. The room is carpeted, so, it can get kinda messy if he drops food onto it. But whenever we go out, i let him eat on his own. Half the time, he wants me to feed him.
