Nice house in Ipoh Garden East
I like this house because of the nice garden beside it. Havent gone down to take a closer look at it yet. Dont know the facing, pricing, built-up, etc. at all. Maybe Rm400k+ as it's a corner house or even more. Cosy looking, huh. It's in Ipoh Garden East. I hate the access road leading to these new housing areas. So many new houses and only a single road leading into it. Gonna have a horrible jam there soon if nothing's done about it.

ya, i saw this show house which is nearby my house too. very expensive even though it's nice from front view, but inside not so nice loh.
Looks nice. I like those roof tiles and the brick is nice too.
