Free virus scan

My sister-in-law called up and asked to run my anti vrus software to scan my computer. Her computer was down with a virus and she was afraid that one of the emails she sent me earlier contains the malicious virus. What happened to her anti virus software? I remembered she had one installed earlier? My guess is she did not update her anti virus database. It must have been out of date, hence her computer got infected.

She had better go get her pc repaired soon. Hopefully, no major damages. She sounded so sad when she called. Once it's back from the workshop, she had better install a new anti-virus software to protect her system. Poor thing. All those precious phots must have been lost. I can understand how she feels. She can download one from freeantivirusinfo.com or run a free virus scan on her system periodically.
