Sesame seeds for constipation

Sesame seed drinks are wonderful for constipation and for lubricating the bowel. Combine a half cup of sesame seed with one cup of water; put in liquefier and run for about two minutes. Remove and strain out the hulls. This uses the inside of the seed, which carries the oil.

Hulled raw sesame seeds are available at most health food stores. The oil carries the lubricating qualities fo the sesame seed. You can also add fruits, bananas, pineapple juices and dates into the liquefied drink.
