Buying our neighbour's house
My neighbour wants to sell their house and asked us if we knew of anyone who'd be interested. WE'RE interested!!! We have a corner house and if we buy theirs, we can tear the whole place down and build a bigger house with a nice garden complete with a shaded garage fro all our cars. Dont have to park ours at the roadside anymore.
But when we asked her how much she wants for her house, she said she doesnt know the real value of her house and asked us to set a price instead. We gave her one but she's not satisfied with it.
