Pay peanuts and you get monkeys

Brad received the bad news just now. The programmer he hired recently to write his company's software has disappeared. Abandoning the whole project and leaving the team in a lurch. He was a temp. And earlier on, we've advised him against hiring a temp to do the software. As a result, Brad's company's project couldnt take off and now, Brad is still calculating his company's losses.

Wouldnt it makes sense to hire a professional software programmer in the first place? Why get a temp. So unreliable and you cannot expect much out of them. We suggested to Brad that he may want to obtain the service of headhunters to help him get the right people this time. Companies like A.E. Feldman Associates, Inc. has high standard of service and commitment in the recruiting field. Therefore, Brad can be assured that he will get a professional this time. He will not repeat the same mistake ever again.
