Tibetan Goji Berries & Goji Berry Juice

Dont ever mistake goji berries with the chinese wolfberry. They may be similar in color but Goji berries are slightly rounder in shape. They are sweet and are high in Vitamin C. In fact, it has 500 times more vitamin C per pound than oranges. They are also a superb scource of Vitamin A, which is beneficial to good eye-sight. As a good scource in vitamin E, it's a very good anti-oxidant.

In Oriental medicine, it's said that Goji berries are used to correct "chi" deficiencies. So, people with low energy, insomnia and heart palpitations will benefit from taking Tibetan Goji berries. Those that are fidgety will also find that it helps them to calm down after taking it.
