Hubby travels to rural areas a lot. And everytime, he has the same complaint when he comes back. "Slow internet access". Well, i cannot blame him since he's been pampered with broadband. Moreover, he needs to get things done fast. He does a lot of uploading and downloading of huge image and presentation files. And with dial-up, it takes ages to complete a single upload. But, all that's available to him is dial-up. No cable or DSL at all.

a) IT's NOT available here yet!
b) IT's rumored to be much more expensive!!!
