Are you losing hair?

Stress is one of the main contributing factor in hair loss. So, we ought to relax ourselves as much as possible. And cut down on smoking, or ditch the bad habit altogether if possible. All those carcinogenic (cancer causing agents) compounds are wreaking havoc inside your body. Not scared of lung cancer meh?
