Today is a lousy day.
Today i woke up with a headache as i slept late last night reading all ur blogs.
Today is HSBC credit card repayment day. Have to go to Ipoh Old Town to get it done since the only HSBC branch is over there.
Found a farking space but the meter's conked out and we've been going round and round that place like forever. Just fark there lah, sian already. Stuck a 10 cents coin into the meter slot and walked off.
Hubby was yakking away on the phone all the away to the coffee shop and decided to stop short of crossing the road. So, i thought why not take a pic of the coffee shop whilst waiting for him to finish his call and with one hand holding on to Gordon's hand, i rummaged for my camera.
Kong Heng Coffee Shop
We were in front of a shop with a lightbox signage perched on the wide kerb outside and both Gordon and i were standing right next to it. As soon as i got my camera out, Gordon decided to kaypoh a little and toppled the signage which wasnt fastened to the ground at all. Thank god it did not break but gave the both of us a fright. (should have taken a pic of that blardy shop)
Hubby got upset and asked why did i have to do that? And whether did i know who that shop belongs to. Now, what have i done? Why the fark would i care who owns that blardy place. (tho i know the owner) And, who on earth would place a blardy signage on the kerb and block everyone's way? He should very well thank all his lucky stars that the signage did not break and hurt Gordon in the process. I would have given that idiot a piece of my mind should that happened. If i hadn't stopped myself from opening my mouth, an argument would sure to ensue.
Ok, mood half bad already now. Walked across the road to the coffee shop and ordered a plate of Lam Mee for myself and a bowl of wanton soup for Gordon before sitting down at the table. When it arrived, it had liver on it!!! Ugh!!! I didn't ask for liver!!! Fed up already, discarded all the liver and had my meal. And hubby had to rub it in by ordering the same dish without liver.
Lam Mee with liver @ RM3.50
There were a zillion people hogging the cash deposit machine when i arrived. And i still have to go up to the consumer banking department to reactivate my company's current account. I cant even get my account balance on the spot as it's a kl account and i had to wait another 30 mins for it, if i'm lucky. Asked the teller to activate internet banking for me and she had the nerve to tell me that there are still many people waiting. Heck, let them wait. I waited for mine. Not my fault she's the only teller on duty that day. Bah!! Hongkong Bank!!
StanChart's statement greeted me with a renewal fee when i reached home. So, i called them up to have it waived. I play credit card games very well already coz i have 9. Was told that if i pay this years renewal fee, next year's would be free. No, thank you. Waive it now, and next year's renewal fee can wait. Daniel on the phone tried to barter trade. If i carry out a balance transfer program with them now, they'll waive my fee. Which is fine by me provided he agrees to my terms also: 1) waive my fee, 2) increase my credit limit. Wah, that fella sure act fast. Documents all filled out and faxed over waiting for my signature as soon as i put the phone down. Now that's what i call efficiency.
So, mood better already now. Gotta go prepare Gordon's dinner.

Fuwah, how you manage to remember which card due and etc? NINE cards! Wahlau-eh.
Eh, how come your KL Lam Mee so different from us? We don't use charsiew. Only shredded eggs, chicken slices, some 3-layer pork and LOTS of sambal belacan.
This is Ipoh version of Lam Mee, not KL lah. And i leave the remembering part to my nokia. Key in amount to pay and due date to the calendar and that thing will beep. Nonid to waste brain-juice on things like that what.
