What should i tell her?
I dont know whether to laugh or cry when one of the waitresses asked me this question when we were dining at the restaurant. Hubby likes to dine there as this restaurant serves really good fruit juices. The food there is also commendable, so, i will often oblige when he suggests we go there.
You see, when people start seeing you there so very often, they start to become chummy with you and start getting chatty too. There was once when this waitress asked me whether i cooked or not to which i told her i seldom do so. A few visits later, she asked me the same stupid question again.
Dont she know better than to ask a patron such a thing? One, when people eat out, there are only a few reasons. One, it's either they are so rich that they can come a few times a week, two, they like your food so much that they come so often, or, the wife simply cant or dont want to cook.
For one, i was pretty offended that i was asked this twice. Another thing is, arent you proud of the fact that people come and dine at your place. So, the next time she ask me this again, what should i tell her?
