Gordon has been waking up with sinus problems for quite some time already. After asking around, i was told to remove as much allergens from the room as possible. i took out the carpet, changed the curtains to a different material, washed and vacuumed the air-cond, new beddings, wiped all surfaces like tops of cupboards, nooks and corners, ceiling fan, etc., clear of dusts and also turn on the air-purifier to lower down apm count. So far, it seems to help with less sniffing for the past few days.

Am now looking for some natural sinus relieve that can help my boy out. You know how i hate medicating my kids, right. So, if it's not natural sinus relieve, it'm not trying it out.
