Bleeding nose and a swollen cheek

My kid had another bout of nose bleeding yesterday. I blame it fully on the extreme change of weather recently. Hot one minute, cold the next. When i went to fetch him from school, he also sported a swollen cheek. I've ordered an investigation into how that happened. Looks like his class teacher has a lot of interrogation to do.
