Are you afraid of dying?

Are you afraid of dying? The thought itself can be scary, eh. But in life, these are some of the events that we are not in control of. No matter how careful we are in our daily lives, we can just die in the blink of an eye. It may be a car accident, or a brick may fall on your head when you are walking to the bank. And oh, dont forget snatch-thefts too. Nowadays, you even need to be vary of cars driving at a slow pace behind you. Those thieves will wind down the car window and yank your belongings off you. Then what? Oh, just imagine yourself falling down unexpectedly and hitting your head on the kerb. The result? Massive trauma to your head, coma and then...... you're dead, kaput, episode over.

Hubby fell prey to snatch-thieves a few years ago. He was lucky nothing much happened to him except a torn collar. His gold chain fell inside his shirt with a broken clasp. Lucky eh. But if what i wrote just now really happened to him, what will happen to me and the kids? Apart from lots of tears, our lives may get disrupted too. In a way, hubby made sure we're cushioned from the effects of these unforeseen circumstances. He bought term life insurance. Me too. One day, should either of us meet die, everyone will still be financially stable to get on with life. What about you? Have you ever thought of what will happen to the people who depends on you should you die? Point to ponder, eh....
