Got decision on Math and Science in English policy meh

I believe the new school term will start in two weeks time or so. And no, i dont care to go check now either as both my kids will be going to Kindy together next year. Not some SRJK or what they call them these days. I'm glad too as i'm pretty pissed that those at the Education Department are still grappling over whether to continue teaching Math & Science subjects in English, wtf.

According to an article published in The Star today, this is what those confuckstipated idiots have to say:

The proposals are:

> Stick to Mathematics and Science in English;

> Revert to Bahasa Malaysia;

> Let primary schools teach both subjects in the mother tongue and secondary schools use English;

> Let primary schools decide for themselves;

> Mathematics and Science be taught in Bahasa Malaysia and mother tongue for Years One to Three and in English from Year Four onwards;

> A combination of mother tongue in the first three years and a choice of mother tongue or English after that; and

> The two subjects will not be taught in Years One to Three and instead be integrated into other subjects.

Can you see how screwed our current education system is. How can you expect students to switch from one language to another and yet excel, when it comes to core subjects like Math & Science, you tell me. One minute, English, one minute Bahasa. Can we as parents expect them to pass with flying colors when we cannot keep up with the changes?

And this afternoon, i got wind from some very reliable source that new school text books for both Math & Science subjects have been 6distributed to schools already in preparation for the new school term. And guess what language it's in. Definitely not the language this post is written in. Are the proposals stated above still relevant?

Quit the political drama. We're all sick of it. I pity the poor students and the anxious parents. We have all the rights to get pissed at you morons. Just that there's nothing that we can do about it except to follow the rules of your stupid mind-farking game. Yes, farking the minds of the young and innocent. Would you be pissed if your kid is going to Std 1 next year and you're reading this?

I still have one more year to go before Gordon starts Std 1. I hope by then, things will settle but knowing that Malaysia is the ultimate Boleh Land, well.......
