Can Bio-oil treat acne vulgaris?

I still have half a bottle of that Bio-oil on my dresser. Bought it to help get rid of those few old acne scars on my face. I wont say it works 100% but after so many months, the scars have faded away and hardly noticeable now. It may be due to other factors, i'm not sure. but i dare say my skin condition has improved. Someone was asking me if it works as a acne vulgaris treatment or not. I dont think so. For that, i suggest you go see a dermatologist.
