Are you as paranoid as i am?

I was out the other day at the mall. It was jam-packed with holiday shoppers out hunting for last minute bargains. I managed to buy lots of tees for Gordon and hubby also picked a few up for himself. Not me though. I always compare what's on the racks to what i can knit or crochet myself, lol. Serves me right for ending up empty-handed during each shopping trip. As we were about to leave, we heard people talking about a snatch-theft incident somewhere outside the mall. Lucky no one was hurt. He was after the gold chain the victim was wearing but missed.

This is one reason why i no longer wear my gold jewelry out. I sure wont want to provide opportunists the chance to prey on me. Paranoid, eh. Given the choice, i'd rather wear fashion jewelry than the real thing. They are so economical and fashionable too. As i'm rather careless with things, i wont cry should i lose a piece. Can mix and match them easily according to my mood too.
