What do you call this?

We passed by this competition held at the concourse area at Parkson this afternoon. I've seen this on those Chinese Acrobatics tv shows many times but no idea what you call it. All the wordings are in Chinese which i cant read.

We were supposed to have lunch at Kopitiam Junction. Whilst i was watching the event with Gordon, hubby was at Toy City with Malcolm. We had to leave soon after as Malcolm turned into a real brat and started screaming again.
