Second week of school holidays
It's only the second week of Gordon's school holidays and already, i'm very bored. I guess my boy is bored too. Now, let me give you a quick rundown as to what he does home all day long. Gordon wakes up between 10am - 12pm. Have brunch. If we go out for brunch, we might end up wasting a few good hours at the mall. If MIL bought food, we'll most likely stay home till it's time to go pick Malcolm up from daycare around 6pm. As i seldom cook, we usually eat out unless MIL is in the mood to dish out some food for dinner.
At home, Gordon will watch his DVDs, read, and do some coloring, leaving lots of color pencils/crayons/oil pastels marks on the floor/wall/table/door. I've kept the Wii and his PSP. He's only allowed to play with his PSP when we go out; this is to keep him occupied in the car and out of mischief when we're at the mall. As for the Wii, i'm sick of having to help him get past levels every 15 minutes or so. How to work on my blogs like that? This is a typical day in Gordon's life at home. Of course, there's food and a nap or two in between all the activities, lol.
My nieces and nephews want me to send Gordon over to their place. Geeee... if only i can just leave him there and come back. I bought them some Baseball Gloves some time back and they wanted to play with Gordon. I told them the weather is so bad these days that i'm afraid he'll only end up stuck indoors. If i'm not there to keep an eye on him, he might tear the house down, lol. I just hope the weather improves soon. We still have five more weeks to go before school starts next year. Gordon will definitely have lots of time to play baseball with his cousin, dont you worry.
