The perfect homemade mouse trap

My sister-in-law found a few rats, (or are those mice) running about her kitchen the other day and asked me how to make a homemade mouse trap that hubby made. He's an expert in homemade mouse traps, you know. He use some strong black mouse glue and plaster them to the bottom of a paperbag. Grill some cuttlefish and sprinkle them on top of the mouse glue as bait and place the paperbag upright into the trashbin. The rats or mice will fall into the paperbag and get stuck to the sticky mouse glue when they try to eat the grilled cuttlefish. Where i live, the trashbin is the main attraction for those darned rats.

I dont know the size of the rats or mice you have, so, you go gauge the paperbag size and the amount of mouse glue to use. The reason why we use a paperbag is once the rat or mouse is stuck to the mouse glue, you dont need to do anything except to tape the paperbag's opening together and dispose it off. This is NOT a humane mouse trap, okay. I'm not interested in catching rats or mice with a humane mouse trap. I dont find it sane to catch a rat/mouse only to let it go and invade someone else's house. If you are against getting rid of rats or mice this way, then you are at the wrong place. Sayonara.

I'll have to try this method sometime. Have you ever used electronic mouse traps, like Victor's Multi-Kill? It instantly kills the mice, so it's more humane.
