Papa's coming back today, kids......
Life's really aint easy when hubby's not around. Thank God the kids are well behaved. Didnt drive me up the walls. The thing is, i dont get to sit here at the pc much. My dad's at the hospital and i think he may be discharged today if we get the green light. I dont even get the chance to go pay him a visit. I'll just wait till he's home to go over. He's there for another op on his right leg. Sigh.... when will this ever end.
My heart aches to see him in such great discomfort. I bought him a backrest so that he can sit up in bed during the day. This will enable him to watch some tv and eat by himself more easily. The thing with my dad is that he refuse to use his muscles to prop himself up in bed and such. It takes a few people to help him sit up in bed. He's not supposed to move his right leg only. Nothing wrong with the rest of his body. But he has to be in bed for a full 6 months, damn.
My mom's been complaining a lot too. Like too much work and energy needed just to take care of him. Told her to leave the cooking and running of the house to my SIL, but seems that she refuse to "let go". She'd rather be bitching about it everyday, sienzz. Been like that for years. Not my problem. I take care of my own two kids. My MIL no eye see me in this department. Dont know why my mom cant just leave things to her DIL.
Anyway, hubby's back today. He says he's got a surprise for the kids. Wuah, the wife dunno got or not leh, lol. I only want good news that his project is finally taking off. Pray harder, lol. Talking of praying, i've got another rant. Some sei8poh family friend called me up this morning and informed me she went to "ask God" about my dad's condition. And according to her, my dad "upset" or "angered" some dunno wat God and she can do the praying for him but need a lot of money. DNMCH.
Kept pushing she cant contact my mom as she's at the hospital, and needed an answer from me, KNNCCB. I told her off. I dont know if this is an act of an opportunist or what, but dont come tokkok with me. If by praying to some god will heal my dad's legs miraculously, i'll even pay her to help me rid all the wrinkles off my face, turn all my white hair black again, and get all my niche blogs on page one of the SERPS; every single keyword also Page 1 position 1, niamah.
Haih, end of rant. Gordon now wants to go to No.22A. That means my sis' house, lol. That boy just loves numbers. If only he can communicate better, i dont mind sending him to Kumon. In a way, i'm looking forward to the new school curriculum and syllabus starting year 2010. That's when my boy starts STD 1. I really dont like seeing all the pressure kids go through these days. During my schooldays, there werent things like excessive tuition classes and such.
To me, schooldays are supposed to be enjoyed. Dont you think so. Mine wasnt all that rosy though. Think all the As will make a great person meh. If only you knew my SPM results, you'd be laughing till you fall off your chair. Ok, getting long-winded here. My kid now wants me to take his Jigsaw Puzzle down for him. And then he wants the Wii. And then he wants Egg Sandwich. And he suddenly remembered he wants to go to 22A...... never ending parenting duties.......... DOHHHHHHHHH
