Waiting in the car... sienzzz

Every once in a while, a friend will call up to inform us that she's ordered something online and it will be sent to our address. She works nearby my house and will pick the parcel up after work. We dont mind it as she's our friend mah. The thing is, we may not be around when the parcel arrives and my in- laws may be asleep and couldnt hear the van hooking outside. Or they may be out too. And so, we now have to pick the parcel up for her from City-link. It's like a zillion miles from where we live, knn. Now that we're here, the staff there cant find the blardy parcel worr, tiu. Waste time and petrol only, ishhh.
