Is the new Honda City a good car?

I'm sick and tired of having to wait for the family car to be back so that i can use it. I'm going to buy a car for myself soon. If i were to get a new car, i dont have to worry much about maintaining it as the first few years are taken care of. But if it's a used car, then i may need to send it for servicing and change car parts quite often. I dont have car insurance or what you call that, NCB as it's been years since i sold my car. I have to start all over again. So, what car shall i buy? The new Honda City not bad, huh.
