El Pollo Loco’s citrus-marinated flame-grilled chicken

My hubby told me about the El Pollo Loco’s citrus-marinated flame-grilled chicken and told me to try and use it for one of our dinner recipes. He knows i've just started to cook and recommended that i get the Mexican chicken first. I think i'll just add lots of vegetables to it and pop it back into the oven. The kids will love it and i bet the vegetables will have the best aroma ever.
