Save money on overseas calls with VoIP

Our phone bills are unusually high this month. I told hubby about it and he says he will go check with our network providers. He thinks it must be due to him making some overseas calls but he will double check with them just to make sure we're not wrongly billed. A few friends of ours who make overseas calls a lot told us to try VoIP Call Center Phone Systems instead. They say they have saved a lot since they've used it especially for making overseas calls.
