Flooded basement carpark

My cousin brother called to rant about the rain just now. His basement car park flooded and water got into his car. It's the weekend and he cant do anything about it. He says he's out of money too and will need to get a payday advance to get it fixed. I'm so sorry to hear that. I know how it sucks to be without a car during this time of the year. I'm sure his wife is going to rant if she cant do her Christmas shopping in time. But then, it's only the 7th. Still plenty of time before Christmas. He'll get his car back by then and she can go shop till she drops.
