Pizza in the oven

It says there on the packaging that i need to set the thermostat to 210 deg and leave it in there for 15 - 17 minutes. i also stood by and watched it lest it got burnt. I turned down the thermostat each time i see the cheese getting browned more and more. I hate eating burnt cheese. And i sure wont want to give it to Gordon. But this is the first one and i have 3 more to try should this turns out to be a disaster.
