How to keep fit easily

My cousin phoned to ask me if it's a good idea to take some diet pills before her wedding. I told her exercise and a change of diet will work wonders for both her figure and her skin. She dont have to join a gym to get a good workout. A brisk walk at the park every other day and eat more fruits and vegetables will do. Juicing is the easiest way to consume fruits and vegetables in large amounts. I do that a lot.
