Mom's house

A friend of my brother's dropped by my mom's place when i was there a few days back. He's a Phoenix real estate agent and is back here with his wife and kid. I heard my brother asking him why my mom's house took so long to get rid of. And as i've said it many times before, it's way overpriced. His friend told him the same thing too, lol. Looks like my mom really has to convince her precious son to slash the price down.
