What's this?


Who can guess? Not that difficult what, right? It's sweet, soft and oh-so-yummy. This is cooked with fried dried prawns. Fried till ultra fragrant with some finely chopped garlic and onions. This is only added to the wok once the dried prawns have released their super power to the whole house. Covered and left to simmer till soft. Hmmmmmm.... you can almost smell it, right. Wahlau...... hochiak!!!! So, what is this?
