St. Michael's Institution Ipoh
This is St. Michael's Institution of Ipoh. Hubby's school; primary until secondary. Passed by it yesterday and he saw his alma mater getting a new roof and stopped by the roadside and asked me to snap a few pics of it. WTF for, i really have no idea, lol. It's high time also lah. That building's more than 100 years old. And God knows when that roof is going to give way.Rumour also has it that there's a secret tunnel leading all the way from Main Convent to SMI. All the more reason for clandestine affairs.. YES?? NO??? Lb, ever been to that tunnel? I've not found it from my side. Maybe inside the sisters' chambers??? Or behind some blinds??? O.O *GASPS*
I'm a Convent Girl. That makes both our schools brother and sister school. He used to claim the girls carve his name on the toilet doors. Cheh.... bluff9me. Never seen it before. Where got people go carve boy's name on toilet doors wann. Of all places... toilet door wohhh... ROTFLMAO!!!

LOL, yes, of course got tunnel.. very secret.. Only the school captains knew the right tunnel. The other tunnels led you to a) the police barracks, b) ACS c) back to the toilet...
Hmm.. why do all schools have tunnels? Specially those old old ones... Last time when I was at school I also heard thatthe Victoria Institution on Jalan Hang Tuah has a tunnel from there to either Convent Bukit Nenas or my school BBGS. Hrm...

im from Main Convent Ipoh too but i have never heard of any tunnel...maybe its hidden or non existence....the only thing i found during my "hunting" time was coffin :O underneath the toilets at the far end of the building....not even sure if its really coffin or what coz one of us said so and the rest of us zoomed outta that place like road runners LMAO

acs tunnel is beside the swimming pool.that place is sealed off.there is no way to get in except the black door in the swimming poo. this will lead you to an alley.in that alley some the is the tunnel
yes... i'm very sure that smi does has a tunnel...
if u ask me where does it leading to... then i'm not sure... the tunnel is actually inside our hall, under the stage where our ppl is performing...
But it is totally locked... even if it is not locked, i don't think it can be opened...
That will be inaccurate, there are a few tunnel entrance. There is a tunnel which has been closed/sealed near the brother's quarters (just outside the canteen). I am not too sure if all that has changed, last went back 10 years ago. :)
