I want feedback on Dell notebook's built-in webcam

You all remembered i bought a Toshiba notebook recently, right. Last December if i'm not wrong. Yesterday, hubby told his partner that he's going to sell it off. In fact, he's selling off all the company's notebooks and getting new ones. He wants those with integrated webcam so that he can hold web conferencing easily. No need to hook anything up. No more excuses that those things have software conflicts and yadda yadda yadda. Dells okay, hoh. If those built-in webcams conk out, can it be changed or not?
