House with a large garden
To hubby, one of the reasons he wanted to buy a landed property as opposed to an apartment is because he wants a garden. Our kids are still young and he'd like them to have a nice garden to play around in. Another thing is the designer in him wants it landscaped as well; complete with water feature, pathways, garden furniture and all. Not another large flat piece of land with nothing but grass, grass, grass and more grass.
For him, a garden of about 3000 - 4000 square feet would be ideal. These last few weeks, we went to few showhouses that has landscaped garden. He liked it very much.
