Egg Toast with kaya

This is Gordon's favorite snack. If Malcolm's is asleep or MIL's willing to keep an eye on him when it's time to go fetch him from school, i'll take him to Kopitiam and have tea. Sometimes, i'll order this for him, together with a hot lemon tea. Me, i'll settle with a guai-ling-kou (some chinese herbal jelly - very cooling). No pic of that.
